Comment	(2014-03-06) Bernard Vatant: A vital vocabulary in many countries, of which the variety of used languages gives just a first indication. Makes a very good job in reuse and metadata. (2014-04-14) Bernard Vatant: This vocabulary has a good versioning practice. The vocabulary namespace redirects to the current version. The vocabulary formal metadata include explicit declaration of version identifier and vocabulary identifier (using Dublin Core).
